Squid removes its meta data about that object and continues as if it was never found. No bug, just a warning. * an object in memory ("swap_filen: -1") is found not to have a Date: header (bug 3279). Squid adds a Date header with the current time, and continues using it. Again just a warning. * something bad in the logics caused Squid to fail an assertion test. Whatever that was is bug 3483.
