Hey Martin,

It will be very simple to reproduce on a non production environment using couple scenarios I can prepare and about 30k requests. The web server required for that contains less then 200MB of storage and The script I can write in ruby. If you want to try it with multiple IP addresses (I assume it's not needed) I can write a TPROXY based script that will give the same result.

Note that we have a Perf environment, where we could test it, but I fear it might be quite hard to reproduce it in non-production like-circumstances (possibly forced disconnects,...)
And I believe it requires lots of requests to see the behavior (our current performance tests unfortunately do not fill up squid cache like production does and in our Perf environment  the application is also only installed for 3 not 17 instances like in Prod, so some other differences - I know this is stupid, but that is the way it is due to some backend issues)
