OK so this site seems like it is indeed cache friendly while based in
wordpress and some other dynamic content system.
Well it would seems reasonable for only the front pages to be dynamic.
So the default settings of squid for this site should be OK and a
reload-into-ims will be a reasonable addition.
It has couple domains related to wordpress and thumbnails.
Crawling with redbot at the pages should show the basic analytics about
the site.

Which for news seems reasonable, you want to see the latest as it
happens right? but the objects displayed dont change much, just their
arrangement.
The Vary:Cookie seems odd, most likely somebody screwed up in their auth
design somewhere.
PS. Mango's "very long" caching time is actually shortening the time
most the objects on that site would otherwise cache for.:-(
