i mean that , in cache.log i see 
"FATAL: kid2 registration timed out"
just on some of my kids i see this issue !

about the acl ,
it is as below :
its size is about 20 M  and used for web filtering 
i have
=====================================
acl blockkeywords dstdomain "/etc/squid/no.acl"
http_access deny blockkeywords
========================================
this is a very long acl !!!
