What do you mean by that?
You need the acls to be in all process if needed..
if you will be more specific about the structure of the acls We might
understand the situation and maybe will be able to find a way to resolve it.

if i load this acl to one process==========> no problems in registration
,but i cant guarantee that applied to every one accessing squid !!
i think this issue similar to (wccp_rebuild off) when using rock with wccp
!
any solutions ?
