Can Squid do weighted phraselists through it's ACL features? That's
one of the major features of DG.
qlproxy does just that, Squid forwards the traffic to qlproxy using
ICAP, it is adapted according to different rules/policies (including
weighted phrases as DG) and returned back to Squid that in turn forwards
it to browser.
