We needed a proxy server that could use a white list so users could go out to a limited number of sites for their benefits enrollment but not anywhere else on the internet. I already had the Ubuntu server set up so I added SQUID3 to it. The Tomcat doesn't need external access. I am running it for an internal Java Servlet application. >server, through the proxy?
