"/usr/share/squid/icons", but 3.2.0.5 searches them in
"/var/log/squid/www/squid/icons".
Additionally: that seems to be (mis-)configured at least in
"squid.conf.documented"; "icon_directory".
documentation is generated directly from your configure settings.
That is $localstate)/www/squid/icons
