Good day,
I have been visiting this site www.punchontheweb.com and its pages almost
everyday but today after opening the morning, it later displays the error
below and the site cannot be open again.
I tried in different browser (even clear browsing data)from chrome which
am currently using but the same error message after dragging for long
time.
Error Message:

The webpage at http://www.punchontheweb.com/TheError.aspx?statusCode=500
has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or
allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a
server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer.
Here are some suggestions:
Reload this web page later.
Learn more about this problem.
Error 310 (net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS): There were too many redirects.

What could be wrong and how can i correct it?

Do you have any reason at all to believe this is actually related to Squid?

The website is broken. As your browser told you.
Valid pages on that website are redirected to /TheError.aspx?statusCode=500 which redirects back to itself a infinite number of times.

Report this to the website author.
