server crashed. It was in the middle of the day so I just restarted it quickly with a "sudo /etc/init.d/squid restart" so it can continue doing its thing. It did come back up and the classes continued. Your cache is running out of filedescriptors So I'm googling that. It looks like this thread maybe related. But I'm reluctant to make changes without the famous amos' opinion.
