Well, actually, it's supossed to be dinamically generated by Tomcat
when requested internally through some process, so it would give you
an error if you try to access it directly.

Anyway, I added a few iptables rules so traffic to those websites
bypass Squid, and now they're working again. Sigh. I personally don't
think it's Squid's fault, but the webapp's braindead misbehaving code,
but there's not much I can do about that.

As to your suggestions regarding my Squid configuration, I will look
into them. Thank you very much for your time.
