Hmm.. that's a odd log line indeed... no idea how that could happen.
This indicates that an object which did not exists in memory or on disk
was released from the cache..

Please file a bug report. This is not normal. Objects must reside in at
least one location.. (memory and/or disk)

Is there any related odd traffic pattern in access.log?
