Why squid is using HTTP 1.0?

Hello,

I use squid as reverse proxy, however, in the backend Apache access
log, I found that squid is using HTTP 1.0 to connect, but in the squid
access log, it is using HTTP 1.1.

Are there anything I missed / mis-configured?
