HTTP_OK handling of CONNECT access via cache_peer_access

Hi, all

In CONNECT case via cache_peer_access, the %03Hs(LFT_HTTP_CODE) in
access.log always shows "000".

I guess the following line is needed in tunnel.cc#tunnelProxyConnected()

 *tunnelState->status_ptr = HTTP_OK;

What do you think?
