I know than ... this message is because the data is more than header lenght information ...

Fix the script. It's better to give no "Length" header than an inaccurate one. Otherwise, you should be able to use header_access to deny the Length header from the site hosting this PDF creator (or even the particular URL).

ok ? more sites  do this ...

I use debian 5.0 squid2.7 and in Debian 4 using squid2.6 works without problems ...
