This release fixes the denial of Service vulnerability http://www.squid-cache.org/Advisories/SQUID-2009_1.txt All Squid 3.1 testers are strongly recommended to upgrade immediately. The vulnerability is remotely executable and present in all 3.1 builds prior to this release.
