Squid 3.1.0.5 beta is available

The Squid HTTP Proxy team is very pleased to announce the
availability of the Squid-3.1.0.5 beta release!


This release fixes the denial of Service vulnerability
 http://www.squid-cache.org/Advisories/SQUID-2009_1.txt

All Squid 3.1 testers are strongly recommended to upgrade
immediately. The vulnerability is remotely executable and
present in all 3.1 builds prior to this release.


Other Particular Changes to Note are:

  - Bug 2583: Fixed issue in content adaptation
  - Bug 2576: Make translate target obey --disable-auto-locale
  - Bug 2571: Add DNS failover to use IPv4-only listen when IPv6 fails.
  - Bug 2563: 99+% CPU Usage on FTP URL
  - Bug 2505, 2524, 2558: fixed several issues on connection handling
  - Drop special localhost conversion RFC violation.
  - Add Language: Arabic
