Squid 3.0.STABLE13 is available

The Squid HTTP Proxy team is pleased to announce the
availability of the Squid-3.0.STABLE13 release!


This release fixes the denial of Service vulnerability
 http://www.squid-cache.org/Advisories/SQUID-2009_1.txt

All Squid 3.0 users are strongly recommended to upgrade or
patch immediately. The vulnerability is remotely executable and
present in all 3.0 builds prior to this release.

Several minor memory leaks in reconfigure and some build errors
in ESI are also fixed by this release.
