Yes. At least in testing. I don't (yet) have a client running
FreeBSD-7 and using COSS.

FreeBSD-7 (and FreeBSD-current) + AUFS + COSS works fine in
Squid-2.HEAD at least in a polygraph polymix-4 workload. Admittedly
I've been testing it in Cacheboy-1.6 rather than Squid-2.HEAD, but the
COSS code should be the same as far as this bug is concerned.

The fact that you have many pending relocate errors may mean something
else is busted, but as far as I can tell you're the only person who
has reported that COSS problem in particular.

Not that COSS is a fantastically clean codebase to begin with; a lot
of hacking went into it to properly support async disk IO and thus
perform with any semblence of working well. its possible there's a bug
which I just haven't seen in production.
