Hi chaps,

Does anyone know of an open source (or cheap) reporting tool that will

Hi,

I found Sawmill to be pretty outstanding. Not free but various versions are available and if you will be analysing only a single Squid logfile then the Lite version should do the job for you.

The only caveat is that as it runs as it's own server it can consume all important resources if installed on the same server as Squid. However as you mentioned Windows specifically then you could install Sawmill on one server to read the logs from a mapped drive.

Other alternatives are a Windows version of Webalizer, Analog and others which are free and open source but require extensive customisation.

Your mileage may vary but I hope this helps,
