Strange I add a simple line

logfile_daemon e:/squid_test/libexec/logfile-daemon.exe

and things are happy again. I guess that is required in 2.7

Thanks

Subject: problem with upgrading from 2.6 to 2.7

Hello Everyone,

Can someone give me a hint on this one? I am working on a 2.6stable20
to 2.7stable3 upgrade. I have 2 instances running on a windows2003
server (no mocking my windows install please). Production running
2.6stable20 just fine and I was hoping to test 2.7stable3 to start
working on the bugs. When I try updating the install I get the following
error.

e:\squid_test\sbin>squid -z -f e:\squid_test\etc\squidtest.conf
FATAL: logfile_daemon c:/squid/libexec/logfile-daemon.exe: (2) No such
file or directory
Squid Cache (Version 2.7.STABLE3): Terminated abnormally.
CPU Usage: 0.016 seconds = 0.016 user + 0.000 sys
Maximum Resident Size: 3608 KB
Page faults with physical i/o: 1013
abnormal program termination

Strangely I don't call c:/squid/libexec/logfile-daemon.exe in my batch
squidtest.conf. Is there a default that I need to set for
logfile_daemon?

Thank for any help
