I setup squid at many Cyber cafe; The performnace is normal. but the following problem occurs. If one of the users download large files with download manager e.g. IDM, Free Download managers, ..... the whole Internet cafe speed becomes very slow. I have set download limit policies but it is not suitable all the time. There are many situations user need to download more than download limit. I can solve this problem if i can control download bandwidth so that they cannot take the whole Internet bandwidth if they download with IDM, FDM, Gozilla ... Any can help me with example....
