Well iam trying to remove a URL From the Cached Objects Using the
SQUID's WEBMIN MODULE.

In your squid.conf you need...
acl PURGE method PURGE
acl purgeHost src [ip of Webmin server, or 127.0.0.1 if Squid is hosted
on the same machine]
http_access allow PURGE purgeHost
http_access deny PURGE
