Well, each has pros and cons, so I woudn't call anything "better".. For example, HAVP can also use other scanners, scan ZIPs partially and has slightly more intelligent "buffering". C-ICAP uses a more "native" protocol, but that's about it. It hasn't been even updated to work with ClamAV 0.93 yet.
