there is a set of predefined files for certain processes in
/etc/ha.d/resources.d/ to take over the service automatically.
How to configure the squid in that situation, or have to write the own
script to start automatically when the heartbeat starts?. Any idea for

What version of squid are you using?
Squid has automatic crash-recovery built in since 2.6.
