Hello all,
I configure squid to work with heartbeat in 2 machines, i start the
heartbeat after starting the squid, and is working fine for the first
time and the secondary node will take over the function automatically.
But if the crashed machine is getting up means, the squid will not
start. every time have to manually restart the squid and heartbeat. I
tested the same with apache and it'll works perfectly. i noticed that
there is a set of predefined files for certain processes in
/etc/ha.d/resources.d/ to take over the service automatically.
How to configure the squid in that situation, or have to write the
own script to start automatically when the heartbeat starts?. Any idea
for this issue?. Thanks in advance.
