REQMOD pre-cache is actually supported. REQMOD post-cache and RESPMOD post-cache are not. I will fix this configuration documentation bug in Squid3. Post-cache vectoring points will be supported when we find somebody who needs those features enough to co-sponsor their development. Alex.
