fixed it ... i think there is a bug in the version 2.5
or smth ... replaced it with 2.6 and it works just
fine the same config nothing changed
on my previous tests i even put 

acl all src 0.0.0.0/0
http_access allow all

and still didn't work with this it works just fine
wierd but i don't care :) it woorks and in debug level
1 i had no errors at all
