cache_mem 256 MB + cache_dir 20 GB + 20 MB adds up to 476 MB. Twice that
is 952MB which is a lot more than the 512MB you have in the box..

My recommendation: Return cache_mem to it's default setting of 8 MB.

cache_mem 8 MB + cache_dir 20 GB + 20 MB adds up to 228 MB, twice that
is 456 and is more in line with the 512 MB you have in the box..
