I read it 73847 times, but I found it very hard to understand :-|

I think I've got it working properly now:

acl localhost src 127.0.0.1/255.255.255.255
acl lan src 192.168.0.0/24
acl fastusers src 127.0.0.1 192.168.0.22 192.168.0.54 192.168.0.79
acl local dstdomain .intranet

http_access allow localhost
http_access allow lan

always_direct allow lan local

delay_pools 1
delay_class 1 2
delay_access 1 allow !fastusers !local
delay_access 1 deny all
delay_parameters 1 -1/-1 100000/100000

Is that correct? Is this the most efficient way of setting it up?

Did I do that correctly in the config I posted above?

Thanks mate,
