Hi,

The solution given by Kashif is good if the users have static IPs. What if the users are in DHCP ? Also, we would like to limit the download for one set of users to 10 MB and the other to 15 Mb . How do we implement the same ?

Thanks

Regards

Jagdish

Well thanks guys i have configured it as:

acl limit urlpath_regex "/etc/squid/limit"
reply_body_max_size 10 MB deny limit

and limit is a text file which contains ips of selected users so they
cannot download a file more than 10 MB. and it is working fine .

any suggestions or remarks i'll be thankfull if u ppl have some.
regards,

Now it's 2.6.STABLE3. Released some minutes ago with a general upgrade
recommendation.
