What do you want Squid to do in such case? For all what it knows the
object is dynamically generated on each request with an unique response
and can not be validated.

You can still cache them by assigning a min age in refersh_pattern, but
you better know what you are doing then as nobody expects such responses
to get cached in a shared cache.
