50% byte hits.. thats great... we recently added another cache server. i'm
now willing to increase the max obj size to see if i can get more byte
hits without effecting latency.

you may thing about reload-into-ims and few other things.


another thing i observed with wccp is that if there are 3 cache connected
to wccp router, first one to be connected shows at around 100-200ms, 2nd
cache shows 600-800ms, and third cache shows above 1200ms. And the sites
served by the 3rd cache is generally quite slow to load. this i've
observed over time having hash bits reassigned to another cache. is this a
natural behavior with wccp ??

i'm not using WCCP.
