Henrik,

I mean there is no netstat entry that lists squid listening on port 80 or 
443. I have one entry for squid that lists it as listening on port 3128 (the 
internal proxy) but I can't get squid to listen on more than that port 
(although it should be possible)

http_port [external ip]:80 defaultsite=www.blumex.com vhost
https_port [external ip]:443 cert=webmail.blumex.com.pem 
defaultsite=webmail.blumex.com vhost
