No, it isn't.

This address returns 404:
http://~kol.deviantart.com/

For example heres a page with some of his work:
http://www.deviantart.com/view/28283565/

Then try to click his name (-kol), and there's the problem.


Dig returns:

Clicking that link seems to work for the others in that thread but not for me,
so I suspected Squid to be at fault. (standards or not)


And http://kol.deviantart.com/ is someone else.
