update to blocking chat ?

This is basically what I have for acl's. I could use some help with this. Does anyone have any better suggestions for blocking chat, audio, etc ... My acl's look pretty crappy.

Also, does anyone know if it is possible to stop the google talk app that now runs in gmail ?
