help on delay_pool

Hi
   i am totaly new to delay_pool
can someone explain me with an example i checked the FAQ finding it bit 
dificult.

suppose i want one ip x.x.x.x to browse at 56kbps anoter ip y.y.y.y at 
256kbps.
how till i make the required entries .

please help me by giving an example.
