Weird problem with Freebsd 6.0+Squid 2.5 Stable12+routers

We are a medium ISP with several wireless clients and recently we upgraded
from Freebsd 4.8+Squid 2.5 Stable4 to Freebsd 6.0+Stable12 compiled with the
following options:
Squid Cache: Version 2.5.STABLE12
configure
options: --prefix=/usr/local/squid --enable-snmp --enable-storeio=diskd,ufs
 --enable-ipf-transparent --enable-err-language=Portuguese --enable-default-err-language=Portuguese
 --enable-delay-pools --enable-underscores --enable-removal-policies=lru,heap
 --with-pthreads --with-dl --with-aio

After this upgrade we are having the following problem with
Squid+transparent proxy:
*ONLY* clients that have some kind of router like Dlink DI-604 or Linksys
(etc) can't surf the web after +- 30/40 minutes squid was started.
All others things like email (pop3/smtp), icmp, ftp, etc, etc works great.
The user simply can't use your browser.
If the same user put your connection direcly in a machine (bypassing the
router), surf in the web is OK.

Any idea?

Thanks

Edinilson
