please use
acl BAD_FILES2 urlpath_regex -i \.wma$
acl BAD_FILES2 urlpath_regex -i \.wma\?.*$ 

it will block all urls  like 
eg: http://webserver.com/file.wma? 
or http://webserver.com/file.wma
