implementing user quotas

Recently our provider changed service policy and we will have a 
restricted amount of traffic per month. I need to implement some way to 
restrict users to some quota (daily, weekly or monthly). I searched the 
projects in squid site but didnt found anything useful. Is there some 
way to do this?
