Do you want to stop the web page access with %20 or getting logged into access.log file? This will then enable SmartReporter to produce the name of the user without a space (testuser). The problem i have is that the access logs are in real time as is SmartReporter, so I cannot use the sed command in the way you describe. Anymore suggestions would be appreciated, Thanks, Ric
