We are doing it here combining the ".exe" extension with the following 
rep-mime-types: 

^application/octet-stream$ ^application/exe$ ^application/x-exe$ 
^application/dos-exe$ ^vms/exe$ ^application/x-winexe$ 
^application/msdos-windows$ ^application/x-msdos-program$
