HI, I have a squid server (squid 2.5stable9) running, some users are complaining when they download files that it runs at max speed and then suddenly it will slow down to 2kb/s. The problem is that they say that this happens at different intervals with various files, I know that this is a question that is very broad. But what could I start looking at to troubleshoot this?
