Heap policies LFUDA and GDSF work fine for memory_replacement_policy.
Small correction. Heap policies don't work for memory_replacement_policy either. Apparently the value of the setting is just not tested immediately on start up and I got impression that it would work. Starting the Squid made it quit after a while with messages
