when i make auth_params basic squid_saslauthd squid means at start he doesnt knows this auth method.
i compiled with ./configure --enable-basic-auth-helpers="SASL"
You don't have compiled the support for basic authentication schema, you should use:
./configure --enable-basic-auth-helpers="SASL" --enable-auth=basic
