Hi All, I am attempting to build and run remote-viewer on Mac OS 10.15.7. I was able to jhbuild bootstrap and jhbuild build (with some minor tweaks) but
jhbuild run remote-viewer does not work. It seems that the remote-viewer binary isn’t even there. $ jhbuild run remote-viewer Loading .env environment variables... jhbuild run: Unable to execute the command 'remote-viewer': [Errno 2] No such file or directory Looking at what is installed, I don’t see remote-viewer or virt-viewer $ ls ~/gtk/inst/bin/r* /Users/rsahae/gtk/inst/bin/raw2tiff /Users/rsahae/gtk/inst/bin/rdjpgcom /Users/rsahae/gtk/inst/bin/recode-sr-latin In fact it seems to me that libvirt is possibly not being configured and installed? $ jhbuild list Loading .env environment variables... zlib libpng libjpeg libtiff hicolor-icon-theme libxml2 libxslt itstool gtk-doc meta-gtk-osx-bootstrap libffi glib pixman freetype-no-harfbuzz harfbuzz-no-cairo freetype fontconfig cairo gobject-introspection harfbuzz fribidi pango atk gdk-pixbuf gtk+ gtk-mac-integration meta-gtk-osx-core I found another post on this mailing list from Dec 2019 describing the same problem however I don’t see any follow-up or responses. https://www.spinics.net/lists/spice-devel/msg42166.html Does anyone know why remote-viewer isn’t being installed as expected? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks, Raj Sahae |
