All these macros differs only by the log function. Maybe we could use a macro so
share common code? As macro instead of using multiple times channel maybe would
be better to use a temporary local variable and copy channel to it.

About g_warning and g_debug I remember there's still a pending discussion
on calling these directly. I would stick to spice_debug/spice_warning until
the discussion is closed.
