Changes between debug-logs exist. Virt-viewer debug-log don't contains resizing messages:

.....

setNewSize 1228 887

(process:10292): GSpice-DEBUG: channel-main.c:1090 main-1:0: monitor config: #0 1228x887+0+0 @ 32 bpp

(process:10292): GSpice-DEBUG: channel-main.c:1026 #0 +0+0-1228x887

configured true

setNewSize 1229 888

(process:10292): GSpice-DEBUG: channel-main.c:1090 main-1:0: monitor config: #0 1229x888+0+0 @ 32 bpp

(process:10292): GSpice-DEBUG: channel-main.c:1026 #0 +0+0-1229x888

configured true

....

What does it mean?

But virt-viewer (Remote-viewer, based on spice-gtk-widget) process the resizing correctly with same one guest.

Ah, so does this mean you are using MATE as the desktop environment? At
the moment, I believe that GNOME shell is the only desktop environment
that handles the resize hotplug events properly.
