The translation support I added to spicy* was prior to other existing
spice-gtk clients. Nowadays, it is clear that spicy* are only for testing.

Regarding translation, it's good to have for the libraries. However, we
lack translation infrastructure to receive translations from contributors,
and the only translation is done by... me!, almost 5y ago.

There should be no issue removing spicy* translations.
