I've been able to reproduce this on fedora, this seems to be a bug in
virt-install, can you file a bug about this? See
http://virt-manager.org/bugs/#report (virt-install is part of
virt-manager).
If you omit 'port=5910' from the command line, this seems to work fine
here.
