Not that I know of. I've had issues in the past downloading this installer with IE, have you tried getting it with Firefox or Chrome? Actually, after just trying this on winxp with IE I'm indeed getting a partial download (650kB instead of 6.3MB). Have you checked that the file you download matches the signature at http://www.spice-space.org/download/windows/spice-guest-tools/spice-guest-tools-0.74.exe.sign ? The expected sha256sum is 8da2b73d1d6a7f0943526794688d993c416cc6601b480307fcde6d5aa9466907 Christophe
